Homemade Cashew Milk

Move over soy and almond milk, homemade cashew milk is the new trend! Rich in flavor and very creamy, you'll be wanting to drink a whole bowl of it.
  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 4 cups of filtered water
  • 3 dates
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Soak 1 cup of cashews in a bowl with enough water to cover the cashews.
  2. Let sit for a minimum of 4 hours but you can do overnight.
  3. Drain the cashews, rinse and place in a blender with dates and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend until well combined.
  5. Pour through your nut milk bag into mason jars or a large glass container.
  6. Store in fridge for up to 5 days for max freshness.
