Berry Plum Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 plum
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla SunWarrior Protein Powder
  • ⅓ cup Purely Elizabeth blueberry hemp granola
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  1. Put ¼ cup oats into a mason jar or bowl and set aside
  2. Blend ½ cup almond milk with the scoop of protein powder
  3. Add ¼ cup of the mixture on top of the ¼ cup oats in the mason jar
  4. Top with ¼ cup blueberries, raspberries and the ¼ cup granola
  5. Continue the layering and add more milk to the blender if necessary (powder can form clumps)
  6. Put in fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight preferably
  7. In the morning add extra fruit or nut butter: in my case, I added a plum
