Vanilla Sunflower Smoothie

A simple smoothie to start your day full of vanilla flavor and a dollop of sunflower seed butter for protein!
  • 1 tbsp Maranatha sunflower seed butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop or ½ packet of Vega One French Vanilla Nutritional Shake
  • Ice (adjust amount for desired consistency)
  • ¼ cup Engine2 Rip's Big Bowl cereal
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  1. Blend all ingredients (up until ice) together.
  2. Add ice for desired thickness.
  3. Pour into glass and top with cereal/granola and extra blueberries, enjoy! :)
